THE CHANCE FOR SNOW?

Was is supposed to snow?  I'm not sure.  If it was supposed to snow, then the weather prediction didn't come true.  And if it wasn't supposed to snow, then the weather prediction came true.  Whatever the case may be, it didn't snow.  It's not cold enough to snow even if snow wanted to show up.  It's warm enough to rain, but it's not warm enough to enjoy the great outdoors.  It feels more like a Late Auttumn to an Early Spring.  And the Gentle Reader and I are close to April.  The month of April so close, that I can feel it.  And St. Patrick's Day is coming up this week too.  Oh yes, I can't forget April Fools Day.  And even though I'm half English and half Russian, I can still enjoy St. Patrick's Day because St. Patrick's Day isn't just for the Irish to enjoy exclusively anymore.  So break out the green beer, the green clothes and the Irish perspective on life.  Because St. Patrick's Day is almost upon us all once again.
