The Dictator is chosen by being the Person to hurt the most Innocent Civilian of the Opposing Party in an act of genocide. Only in the United States is the President of the United States is chosen directly by the Citizens (While filtered through the Electoral College). So exercise your political right and vote for the Candidate of Your Choice. Get out there and vote. If you don't vote, the Candidate you tolerate the least will get elected, so make your ballot known.
