SHE USED TO BE THE LEADING LADY OF THE STAR WARS FRANCHISE

Natalie Portman was born under the name Neta-Lee Hershlag in Jerusalem, Israel on June 9, 1981.  The devout Jewish woman is both a citizen of Israel as well as a citizen of the United States of America.  She was thirteen years old when she did her first film the distinctly adult action film Leon:  The Professional.   She was nineteen years old when she played Padmé Amidala in Star Wars Episode I---The Phantom Menice.  She played Padme Admidala in both Star Wars Episode II---The Clone Wars and Star Wars Episode III---Revenge of the Sith.  Sadly, her fictional character Padmé Amidala was strangled to death by her fictional spouse Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader in Star Wars Episode III---Revenge of the Sith which makes it impossible for Natalie Portman to appear in anymore Star Wars film.  And that's a tragedy for the Star Wars film franchise because they have lost the employment of one of the cutest, one of the sexiest and one of the most talented actresses in the business.
And as I'm lost in thought nine days before the release of the newest Star Wars film and five days until it's Los Angeles film premier, here are some photos of Natalie Portman.
