ALLISON MACK'S LEGAL TROUBLES CONTINUES

FBI Special Agent Michael Lever has been investigating the all female DOS subdivision of the multi-level marketing group NXIVM believing that the group is functioning as a sex trafficking cult.  And the undisputed leader of the all female DOS subdivision of the multi-level marketing group NXIVM was Keith Raniere.    On February 14, 2018, FBI Special Agent Michael Lever filed a Complaint and Affidavit in Support of Arrest Warrant against both Keith Raniere and Allison Mack.  Keith Raniere was arrested first on February 14, 2018 while hiding from the law in Mexico.  The Mexican Police carried out the arrest warrant since the FBI had no jurisdiction on Mexican soil.  Allison Mack was arrested in Brooklyn, New York City, New York on April 20, 2018 and bailed out of prison to be held under house arrest on April 24, 2018.  Keith Raniere is being held in prison without any opportunity for bail.  Both Keith Raniere and Allison Mack faces between fifteen years to life in prison for sex trafficking, sex trafficking conspiracy and forced labor conspiracy.
Both the prison clothing clad Keith Raniere and the civilian clothing clad Allison Mack showed up for a status conference in a Eastern District of New York courtroom.  Allison Mack refused to look at or interact with Keith Raniere---A person she was once so close to that she chased after Mexican Police Cars trying to break him out of custody.  Keith Raniere plead Not Guilty.  Allison Mack didn't offer a plea since she's in negotiations for a plea bargain agreement.  An application for an Order of Excludable Delay was filed in connection to the negotiations for a plea bargain as well as petitioning that further Status Conference between Allison Mack and the Eastern District of New York Courtroom be waved while Allison Mack's legal team negotiate a possible plea bargain agreement.  Details involving the possible plea bargain agreement isn't known.

Lawyers for Keith Raniere including Marc Agnifilo continue to be optimistic that NIXIVM founder and Chief Executive Officer Keith Raniere would be found innocent.  Keith Raniere's legal problems continue to be far worse than Allison Mack's legal problems.  Keith Raniere still has to show up for pre-trial conferences with no plea bargain agreement possibilities while Allison Mack continue to negotiate a possible plea bargain agreement.
