WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PLANET TATOOINE?

For those who don't watch Star Wars, the planet Tatooine is very important.  Not only is it the home planet for Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader, but it's also the home planet for Luke Skywalker too.  And the home that Shmi Skywalker sought refuge into became the home that Luke Skywalker grew up in.  Actually, the planet Tatooine was filmed on location in Muslim Middle Eastern nation of Tunisia.  And when scenes for Star Wars Episode IV---A New Hope wrapped production, the sets were left behind and never torn down.  Scenes from Star Wars Episode II---The Clone Wars was also filmed on the same outdoor Tunisia set pretending to be the planet Tatooine.

That was then and this is now.  Nobody have been attending to the outdoor sets for the planet Tatooine left behind in Muslim Middle Eastern nation of Tunisia.  As a result, the outdoor sets for the planet Tatooine is slowly and gradually rotting away to nothing.  And soon, there will be nothing left, but the faded memories of the film shoot for one of the greatest science fiction movie classics the world has ever known.

What will Luke Skywalker and Han Solo say when they see the damage done to Luke's childhood home?  I know this is all located in the desert, but will it hurt somebody to perform a few cleaning chores on the outdoor sets that film director George Lucas left behind every now and then?
