THE FALLING OF METEORITES

In theory, there are at least one meteorite falling somewhere on Earth.  However, the case of a meteorite falling and hurting somebody or wrecking a building tends to be rare.  Most of the meteorites falling on Earth are small and inconsequential.  However, there are always fear that the meteorite that fell on Earth, kicked up a huge cloud of dust that blocked out the sun and spared the dinosaurs the indignity of falling into tar and getting wiped out.  Whatever the case may be, the deadly meteorite storm that people fear will wipe out the human race never took place and probably will never take place.  And if nature does produce a deadly meteorite storm, there's probably enough United States Air Force Airplanes, drones and missiles around to blast such a meteorite storm into tiny itty bitty fragments.  Which is fortunate.  Because I'm not planning on getting crushed by a meteorite storm anytime soon---I hope.
Vacation getaway of the day:  Arches National Park located in Grand County, Utah, United States of America.  Another great vacation getaway is   Great Langdale Valley and Lake District (The Lakes) located in Cumbria, England.  And while we're in Europe, there's also the Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Neasden Temple located in The London Borough of Brent  London.  And for a really good time, a great place to visit is Ljubljana Castle located in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
And as I'm lost in thought about meteorites, here are some photos of Kristen Bell.
