THE DAY LUCY LAWLESS LIVED UP TO HER NAME AND GOT ARRESTED

Lucy Lawless was best known for taking a temporary villain role in the television series Hercules and turned it into a multi-season television show Xenia---The Warrior Princess.  Off camera, she's a huge member of Greenpeace.  And one of the biggest missions for Greenpeace is to discourage offshore oil drilling before it causes anymore oil rig explosions, oil leaks and ruined environments.  And when Lucy Lawless and other members of Greenpeace boarded the Shell Oil Services owned oil drilling ship  Noble Discoverer as it left Port Taranaki in New Plymouth. New Zealand on February 2012, it resulted in the celebrity actress being arrested for tresspassing.  Well, today was the day that Lucy Lawless and her Greenpeace comrads were sentenced by the New Zealand legal court system.  All must wrk 120 hours of community service and pay a fine of  $651.44 for each Greenpeace activist arrested (There were seven total---Including Lucy Lawless).  No doubt, this won't be the end of Lucy Lawless and all six of her Greenpeace Protesting Colleagues  war against big oil.
