UM, ER, UM, SO IT'S SAFE TO ASSUME THAT ILLEGAL DRUGS ARE INVOLVED WITH THIS

I don't normally talk about male celebrities, but then again, male celebrities don't normally act like this in public.  Check out Shia Labeouf's red carpet attire. 

Theories range from illegal drugs to losing a bet with somebody.  So was this the reason why he isn't doing Transformers movies anymore.  Does this mean he isn't going to be acting in anymore Rocky films nor in any Indiana Jones movies?
