This time, the forerunner two man bobsled failed to announce himself before racing down the track. An Olympic game worker was struck by a speeding two man bobsled as a result. A broken leg and a concussion was the result followed by a trip to the nearest hospital in Russia.
And now the two man bobsled race has to be delayed so that maintenance workers can clean up the mess and possibly mop up the blood as well..

the track worker had open wounds and broke both legs, not just one, and was awake and alert. also, several witnesses stated that an announcement was made, and the ion is unsure why the track worker did not listen to the announcement.
