MODERN TECHNOLOGY

Remember a time before the creation of www.mapquest.com?  If you're not aware of the neighborhood and had to find your way from point A to point B without a paper map, then you're screwed.  These days, just type in the coordinates into www.mapquest.com and the use of a paper map is no longer needed.  And it's no longer possible to be lost without a map with mapquest around.  Heck, you don't need a paper map because you could find a digital map either on your laptop computer, your tablet computer or even on your smart phone.  It's hard to believe that there was a time before the widespread use of technology and I'm still amazed Humanity actually lasted so long.
