It doesn't feel like Autumn. That much was figured out after I mowed the lawn to discover that it's seventy degrees and feels like Summer. Yet the leaves on the trees are changing color and some of them were chopped up in the lawn mower as I mowed the lawn. And the leaves continue to change color despite being seventy degrees and feeling like Summer. It's as if the leaves are on an automatic timer device and dropping from the trees as if on cue from a stage director. And though it's sad to see the leaves on the trees go, I'll be glad to see the leaves return next Summer. And I'll enjoy the seventy degree temperature for however long it lasts. Yes Gentle Reader, it's Autumn and Winter won't be that far away.
Vacation Getaway of the day: Bonavista Peninsula,
Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Also Niagara Falls---Both the American and the Canadian side.
And as I'm lost in thought as Autumn rapidly approaches, here are some photos of Avril Lavigne.
