Try to stay calm. A panic attack never helps anybody. Going through a panic attack doesn't resolve the stressful situation any faster. In fact, the problem remains after the panic attack is completed. A panic attack isn't the proper way to claim to be competent. In fact, a panic attack is a sure fire way to exaggerate your incompetence. It's far better to be calm when facing a stressful situation. A person who is calm can think of all the options that could resolve a stressful situations. A person who is calm can then think which of those possible options best resolves the stressful situation. And once that is done, the stressful situations is done and all is right with the world. And that is the way to dealing with stress instead of going through a panic attack.
