CALM REFLECTION IN THE SPRINGTIME

Electric blackouts is never fun.  Electric blackouts is hardly a good time for calm reflection.  However, we as a society survived without electricity for centuries without problems.  Plus, there is nothing I can do about an electric blackout except wait for the Electric Company to fix the problem.  So I spend the time finding flashlights and trying to indulge in calm reflection.  Tonight there was an electric blackout, but it only lasted thirty minutes.  And when the thirty minutes was up, the electricity was restored back to normal.  And all was right with the world.  And thus ended the brief electric blackout and the continuation of my calm reflection.
