Fourteen students and three teachers were shot and killed by former student turned classroom shooter Nikolas Cruz at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida on February 14, 2018.  And on  March 24, 2018, Some of the Students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School organized the multi-city March For Our Lives Protest Rally to call for stricter gun control laws.  It should be difficult for mentally unstable mass murders to gain access to guns.  It should be difficult for anybody to gain access to military level of assault riffles at all in the first place.  Yeah, Nikolas Cruz would've attacked somebody anyway.  But it's harder to kill seventeen people within six minutes and twenty seconds with a hunting knife.  And until stricter gun control laws making it difficult for mentally unstable people to own and use military issue assault rifles is passed by Congress and President Donald Trump, gun control protest rallies such as the multi city March For Our Lives Protest Rally will continue to be necessary.
