Is it possible for human beings to fly in mid-air without the use of an airplane? Super-heroes do it all the time. Birds do it all the time too. Some insects also do it all the time. So if some, but not all super-heroes, birds and insects can fly in mid-air without the use of an airplane, then so should the rest of us. Right? Well, the only way birds can fly in mid-air without the use of an airplane is having hollow bones, wings and lots of feather. The only way insects can fly in mid-air without an airplane is being very small, light and not having much of a skeleton. Human beings can't function much of a skeleton nor can we function with hollow bones. Humans isn't small or light either. The only way a human would be seen wearing feathers if if he/she has been tared and feathered. Even then, somebody who has been tared and feathered can't fly without an airplane. So for all intent and purposes, it's not scientifically and medically possible for some super-heroes to fly without an airplane. Of course, nobody should take comic books seriously as genuine fact. Just blame it on a special form of gamma nuclear radiation that doesn't kill, doesn't make people sick, can't be used as a nuclear bomb weapon, can't be used in a nuclear power plant and gives the victim lots of super-powers instead. Wow, we should have lots of that special form of gamma nuclear radation in the real world. I never knew that a special form of gamma nuclear radation could have such a powerful and postive medical cure possiblities.
As I'm lost in thought about flight, here is a photo of Amber Benson.
