WHEN THE PREDICTION OF RAIN NEVER RESULTS IN RAIN

According to the stunningly inaccurate weather reports found in the Cleveland Plains Dealer, today was supposed to be the last day in the alleged week of rain.  Except, aside from roughly an hour of light rain, was sometimes dark cloudy skies, but no rain.  Sometimes, the sky was blue without a cloud in sight.  So the weather reporters found rain clouds heading towards Cleveland, Ohio, but some freak abnormality steered the rain clouds somewhere else at the last second.  Or perhaps the weather reporters were making it up as it goes along.  Whatever the case may be, the grass was dry and sometimes dying off as if it needed rain, but no rain in sight.  It would've been tempting to turn on the lawn sprinklers, except Mom wouldn't have wanted to pay the needlessly high water bill.  Mom tends to be very obsessed with keeping the water bill low since water bill rates tends to be outlandish.  At any rate, it's only 11:06 (Ignore the inaccurate time signature on this blog entry.  It's never correct) and there's still chance for rain today.  We'll see if cloudy skies produces rain or if cloudy skies produces false perceptions of rain instead.

As I'm lost in thought about clouds and rain, here are some photos of sexy South African film actress Charlize Theron.
