THE DARK KNIGHT RISES WILL SOON BE HERE

We're only days away from the release of the eighth Batman film.  Yes,  I know it's supposed to be a trilogy, but only an idiot would be dumb enough to believe that.  In truth, there will soon be eight Batman films.  Actually, there are more than that.
1.  We have 1943 Batman film serial starring Lewis Wilson as Batman #1.
2.  We have the 1949 Batman and Robin film serial starring Robert Lowery as Batman #2.
3.  We have the 1966 to 1968 Batman television series starring Adam West which lasted three seasons.
4.  We have the 1966 theatrical motion picture Batman also starring Adam West as Batman #3.
5.  We have the 1989 Batman film starring Michael Keaton as Batman #4.
6.  We have the 1992 film Batman Returns also starring Michael Keaton.
7.  We have the 1995 film Batman Forever starring Val Kilmer as Batman #5.
8.  We have the 1997 film Batman and Robin starring George Cloony as Batman #6.
9.  We have the 2005 film  Batman Begins with Christian Bale as Batman #7.
10. We have the 2008 film The Dark Knight starring Christian Bale.
11. We have the 2012 film The Dark Knight Rises starring Christian Bale.
12. We have the 2004 film Catwoman starring Hale Berry as Catwoman.
13. We have the 2002 television series Birds of Prey
So we're not really dealing with a trilogy.  A trilogy is three films maximum and this is an epic staga that actually started in World War II that continues to present day.  Anyway, this is the essembled cast of the Dark Knight Rises.
