TOAST

I'm trying to figure out how toast was invented.  I came to one possible theory.  It goes like this.  Eugene Melvin Toast was sitting in front of the campire with his younger brother Toasted Toast.  Both men were eating bread in front of the campire.  You see, both men have chosen to go camping in the middle of the forest.  Both men go camping in the forest rather frequently.  Then a problem arose.  You see, Eugene Melven Toast dropped a slice of bread into the campire and forgot about it.  When he remembered that he wasn't eating a slice of bread anymore, he fished it out of the fire and started to eat it again.
Melvin:  You know, this slice of bread is still delicious.  It's crunchy too.  It's both crunchy and tastey.  I think this should be eaten as part of dinner.
Toasted:  No way man, you should totally serve it as lunch.
Melvin:  I know, let's serve it as breakfast.
Toasted:  Oh wow man, that's totally radical.  That would be the coolest thing ever.  It's about as epic as getting stoned at Woodstock while covered in mud.  What should we call this dude?
Melvin:  I'll name it after myself.
Toasted:  No way man, you can't call that thing a Melvin.
Melvin:  No, I'll call it toast.
Toasted:  Toast is a great name for this great new breakfast meal item.  We shall call it toast.
And so a brand new addition to every breakfast meal was invented around the campfire on that day.  And as I'm lost in thought about the invention of toast, here are some photos of film and television actress Hayden Panettiere.

Keep in mind that the new television series Nashville has nothing to do with the Robert Altman film of the same title (and the same location) starring David Arkin, Barbara Baxley and Ned Beatty.  This particular television show also entitled Nashville is a variation of the film A Star is Born and also a variation of the film Country Strong.  Hayden Panettiere and Connie Britton is busy promoting their brand new television show in the following photos.
