SHE IS NOCTURNAL

Originated from Waitsfield, Vermont, Grace Potter was born in June 20, 1983.  She relocated from Vermont to Canton, New York where she attended St. Lawrence University before dropping out in her second year to become a rock star.  The Nocturnes was originally built around Grace Potter and Matt Burr in 2002 when he saw her perform in a St. lawrence University based coffee house called The Java Barn.  Additional musicians was added around the duo.  The debut album was released independently.  Successive albums was released through major labels.  And Grace Potter and the Nocturnes slowly grew in popularity and they're still going strong.  Grace Potter and the Nocturnes released two albums this year and more albums is guaranteed to be in the horizon.
