THE RELOCATION OF HALLOWEEN

Go ahead and blame it on Hurricane Sandy. Everybody else will blame it on the hurricane that wrecked havok with most of the Eastern Coast of the United States. Often referred to as Frankenstorm, Hurricane Sandy crashed through previously thought to be untouchable cities such as New York City, New York and Atlantic City, New Jersey. And now with issues of Global Warming illustrated by Hurricane Sandy, Halloween has been disrupted since it's not possible to celebrate Halloween on October 31, 2012 with Hurricane Sandy aka Frankenstorm crashing through most of the Eastern Coast of the United States. As a result, the western half of the United States celebrated Halloween on October 31, 2012 while the eastern half of the United States celebrates Halloween right now on November 4, 2012---For this year only. Normal Halloween observance will proceed for both the western half of the United States and the eastern half of the United States next year in 2013.
