THE AFTERMATH OF THE 2012 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS
So Barack Obama got somewhere around 223 of the Electoral College votes while Mitt Romney got 103 of the Electoral College votes. In the end, while most people were expecting a close election and it did look like a close election at first. It didn't end up as a close election when the clock reached closer to midnight. It was starting to look like a landslide election in favor of Barack Obama near the second half of the evening. And so Barack Obama becomes a rarity in politics---A President of the United States with low approval rating manages to get reelected anyway. And yes, I would imagine that Conservatives will be irritated right now. Since I'm a bleeding heart Liberal Democrat, I'm overflowing with happiness that President Barack Obama got reelected. So the Democratic Party has control over the Senate and the White House. The Conservative Republicans has control over the House of Representatives. In other words, despite constant promises of huge change, nothing significant happened after the Presidential Election 2012.
And as I'm celebrating the Presidential Elections 2012, here are some photos of film and television actress (She played Winnie Cooper in the television series the Wonder Years) Danica McKellar.
