CHANCE FOR RAIN? CHANCE FOR SUN?

It's supposed to rain today according to the weather report for Cleveland, Ohio.  However, the sky is mostly blue with patches of clouds here and there.  There's hardly enough clouds up there in the sky to produce rain.  And though the fish, ducks and outdoor plants would like rain to fall, it appears as if the weather forcast for today is going to be Sunny with light clouds.  And though predicting the weather has gotten easier with advance computer technology, there's bound to be some technological slip ups from time to time.  However, the chances of the weather reports being inacurate tends to be infrequent, it does happen.  Today is that case in point where rain is predicted, but not actually fell.  Still, it's always a good idea to bring along an umbrella if an extended trip outdoors is taken.  It's always good to be on the safe side---Just in case.
