RAIN, RAIN GO AWAY, PLEASE COME BACK SOME OTHER DAY

And this is the part of the story where Tropical Storm Isaac becomes Hurricane Isaac.  And this is the part of the story where the Republican National Convention opened today morning.  Then with the sudden and abrupt evolution of Tropical Storm Isaac into Hurricane Isaac, the Republican National Convention shut down for the day and all the Conservative Republican Delegates ran for safety.  For today was the day that Hurricane Isaac was very close to ripping apart the Gulf of Mexico region of the United States of America and that included Tampa Bay, Florida.  And Tampa Bay, Florida was where Mitt Romney was supposed to become the Republican Party nominee for President of the United States.  However, Mitt Romney will have to wait until Hurricane Isaac has finished barging upon the stage and hogging the microphone before he could actually make a speech on television.  For today was the day the big bad hurricane took the Conservative Republican Party's big day away.  Still, Hurricane Isaac won't last forever.  And when Hurricane Isaac has finished his song and dance, then it's time for the Conservative Republican National Convention to start all over again.
I don't blame the Republicans for running from their National Convention only a few scant hours and minutes after starting---All in the same morning hours.  Hurricane Isaac is almost the same exact size as the state of Texas.  You could probably see Hurricane Isaac from outer space---Assuming we actually have enough money to put people inside the International Space Station in the first place.  Hurricane Isaac is a Category One weather storm and it's almost about to reach the Category Two weather storm level.  There's way too much rain falling and way too much wind blowing for Mitt Romney to get nominated by the Republican Party.  It's much better to wait for the big bad hurricane to leave the stage before resuming the Republican National Convention.  So the television is back to running the regular scheduled program thanks to Hurricane Isaac.
Here are some photos of film actress, television actress and rock star Miley Cyrus.
