t's Memorial Day Gentle Reader. Or rather, it's what's left of it. Memorial Day was originally known as Decoration Day and it was started after the Civil War. The original intent was to pay tribute to those who fought in the United States of America Civil War (Started on April 12, 1861 and ended on May 10, 1865). However, Memorial Day has far exceeded the original intent of paying tribute to those who fought on both sides of the Civil War and it has become a chance to pay tribute to those who fought on all wars. And so let's all remember those who fought for their country and hope that their sacrifices hasn't been in vain. Let freedom reign.
And as I'm lost in thought on Memorial Day, here are some photos of Britney Spears.
