RAIN, RAIN, RAIN AND MORE RAIN

How often does New York City, New York get struck by a hurricane?  Well, I've been alive for the past forty-four years and this is the first time I've heard about a hurricane striking New York City.  I don't think there's any defense that New York City has to prepare for this.  Normally, people would travel to (and sometimes even live in) New York City because it's often viewed as hurricane proof.  For those living in Cleveland, Ohio, there's going to be close to a week of non-stop rain that ranges between light to medium.  The bottom line is that New York City, New York may not be as hurricane proof as we thought it would be, but Cleveland, Ohio is still hurricane proof.  Though weather that's both cold and raining isn't always the best combination, plants, fish and ducks certainly won't mind the weather very much.  So I guess we're doing this non-stop rain (which started on October 26, 2012) for the ducks, fish and the plants.  And as always, we'll pray for those suffering from Hurricane Sandy from Florida to New York City, New York.
As I'm lost in thought about hurricanes and rain, here are some photos of rock star (And former member of the rock group the Spice Girls), Melanie Chisholm aka Mel C aka Sporty Spice.
